Price with Airfare:

$3,848.00 from Chicago O'Hare (ORD), per person.

Ground Only Pricing:

$2,448.00 per person.

The selling price is based on double occupancy.

Single rooms are available for an additional $848.00.

Initial Deposit:  Due prior to February 15th, 2024

An initial deposit of $300 is required to reserve your trip.

No registration will be processed without a deposit.

Second Deposit:  Due February 16th, 2024

A second deposit of $1,500.00 is required 105 days prior to departure on February 16, 2024. Airfare will not be processed without this

second deposit.  Note: Ground Only Guests are not required to pay

the second deposit at 105 days.

Final Payment:  Due March 17th, 2024.

Final payment in full is due 75 days prior to departure

on March 17, 2024. If payment is not received by this date,

there will be an automatic $100.00 late fee assessed.

Travel Protection Plan: 

The Travel Protection Plan premium is due by the final payment

date, 75 days prior to departure (March 17, 2024).

This amount must be paid in addition to the deposits.

Passports must be valid for 6 months after the return date

(December 9, 2024).

Cancellation Policy:

100% of Cancellation Fees are covered by the optional Travel Protection Program provided premium has been paid and reason for cancellation is insurable. Those who do not take travel protection should be aware of the following cancellation penalties:

From day of registration to 105 days prior to departure,

you will be charged the $100 non-refundable administrative fee

plus any airline fees.

Additionally, thereafter, you will be charged any airline penalties

and a single room supplement if your cancellation forces your roommate into a single, plus the following charges:

   104-60 days = $400;

     59-45 days = $600;

                       44-31 days = 40% of total cost

30 days to day of departure = 100% of total cost.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing. On or after day of departure, no refund will be paid for any services not used.

Fit To Travel Statement:

People registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour. Because many of the sites are not accessible to the physically challenged, those needing wheelchairs, oxygen, or other ambulatory assistance will find the tour extremely limiting in their experiences.
